Thank you for your interest in advertising with Aircrewovernight.com.

If you choose to advertise, your establisment is guaranteed to be the only advertisement on the city page. If there is more than one airline overnighting in your area, you will be given the option of purchasing an exclusive advertisement on any or all of the city pages.

You may provide a advertising banner or have us develop one for you. It will be placed below the header information and above the hotel information.

Conditions and terms:

1. The advertising period is one calendar month. Payment is exptected at the beginning of each month.

2. The price for advertising in $30 for each calendar month.

3. Your advertisement will be posted as soon as we receive your signed acceptance and you have approved the ad. Payment is expected within 5 business days or the ad will be removed.

4. In the event you decide you no longer want the advertisement, contact us and we will remove your ad within 24 hours and will refund any unused portion of your monthly payment.

5. In the event the airline ceases service to the city or changes hotels, and it is not practical for aircrews to visit your establishement, you will be contacted by our staff and given the option of cancelling your ad and receiving a pro-rata refund.

6. You understand and agree that user submitted reviews are free from censorship. In the event of a negative review, you will be given the opportunity to have a rebuttal comment placed below the review.
