Great on-site workout facility for cardio exercise, weight machine also available, but no free weights.Refridgerators not in ASA rooms, neither is a microwave. Use of a microwave is available through speaking with the front desk (you end up using the hotel kitchens).Not a terrible overnight.

Pleasant staff at this hotel. Good exercise room. Discount on food - kitchen closes at 10pm, bar at 11pm.For late arrivals after this, try "Allen's Grill & Grog" located across the highway (very busy so be careful!). You will see Allen's right next door to the Old Time Pottery building (formerly a Wal-Mart), and directly behind Captain D's seafood. It is open until 2am, seven days a week. Kitchen closes at midnight, but Rob the manager says call ahead (256-772-8514) and he will either put in an order fore you, or forewarn the kitchen. Show your Holiday Inn room key for a 15% discount. Everything on the menu from wings, to burgers and steaks. Also, within easy walking distance is Capt D's, KFC, Waffle house.
