If your looking for a place to wet your whistle and watch the game, then head to Calloway's sports bar. Good place, great prices and they have several wide screen TV's over the bar. If you get there in the afternoon you'll almost have the place to yourself. The only downfall is the distance, not really walkable; you'll need the van, 5 minute ride. If you stay after van service stops, it is an inexpensive ($10) cab ride back to the hotel. Check out the "Deal or No Deal" video game. Very addicting.

Carolina Wings and Ribs has good food and beer. Van will take you to the closest location. There's also one in the downtown "Vista" area along with a lot of bars, including Flying Saucer, Jillians, and Blue Martini, filled with good crowds on the weekends.
